Lakeside is reserved for Members only for Memorial Day, 4TH of July, & Labor Day
RV Sites are now available for reservation by phone only.
There are no check ins after 10 PM unless you have made prior arrangements with the office.
All reservations must be paid at time of booking. If you did not pay, you do not have a reservation.

RENTALS

Small Rental Cabins (1.2, & 3) Sleeps 4 $75.00 per night + tax
Small Rental Cabins (The Buzzard) Sleeps 4 $70.00 per night + tax
Eagles Roost Cabin Sleeps 6 $85.00 per night + tax
Large Group Rental Cabin Sleeps 8 $95.00 per night + tax
The Saloon (RV 5th wheel Lakeside) Sleeps 6 $75.00 per night + tax
Kitchen Rental $50.00 per day rental
Pavillion Rental $50.00 per day rental

* NO PETS OR SMOKING IN ANY CABINS. $100.00 per night fine for each infraction.
** Please leave cabins clean. $100.00 extra cleaning fee will be charged if required
***Off season rates $5.00/night less November 1st through March 31st.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
2 night minimum stay.
Members: Reservations accepted up to 1 year in advance.
Non members: Reservations accepted up to 6 months in advance
All reservations must be paid at time of booking.
Cancel less than 72 hrs before check in, one nights stay per unit/site charged. Cancel less than 48 hrs, no refund.

TENT SITES

There is a $5.00 per night additional charge for each air conditioner in tents.

2 tents per site, 4 people per tent maximum.

LEASED RV SITES - There is a waiting list for year round lease sites
​
***A non refundable $42.99 fee is required from all lease applicants for background check.
No lease will be granted until a background check has been completed and approved.

Leased sites are not available for tents and/or popups.
All RVs must be in good condition, no duct tape or tarps.
All RVs subject to Park approval.

1-3 Month Lease $300.00/month + electric
4-6 Month Lease $275.00/month + electric
7-9 Month Lease $250.00/month + electric
10-12 Month Lease $225.00/month + electric
On site storage October 1st through March 31st $50.00/month + electric

Membership Dues $540.00 per year, billed quarterly at $135.00
$360.00 due up front to start a membership.
After 6 months billed quarterly at $135.00 per quarter.
RV Storage $30.00/month as of 3/1/23

There is a $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit on all cabins and The Saloon .
