Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

2 night minimum stay.

All reservations must be paid at time of booking.

Cancel less than 72 hrs before check in, one nights stay per unit/site charged. Cancel less than 48 hrs, no refund.

TENT SITES

​

There is a $5.00 per night additional charge for each air conditioner in tents.

​

2 tents per site, 4 people per tent maximum.

Nightly- $25.00                                 *Tents only, no pop-ups

LEASED RV SITES

***A non refundable $47  fee is required from all lease applicants for background check.

No lease will be granted until a background check has been completed and approved.

​

Leased sites are not available for tents and/or popups.

All RVs must be in good condition, no duct tape or tarps.

All RVs subject to Park approval.
